Yes. We provide professional carpet and area rug cleaning to help remove dirt, stains, odors, and buildup.
Do you clean mattresses?
Yes. We offer professional mattress cleaning to help remove dirt, stains, odors, and allergens.
Do you clean car interiors?
We offer fabric cleaning for vehicle interiors, including fabric seats and carpets. We do not provide full interior detailing or leather cleaning.
Can you remove pet stains and odors?
Yes. We offer specialized pet stain and odor treatments.
Can you remove all stains?
We can successfully remove many common stains, but we cannot guarantee complete removal of every stain. Some stains may have permanently altered or damaged the fabric.
How much does your cleaning service cost?
Our prices start at the listed rates and may vary depending on the size, fabric type, condition, number of cushions, stains, and level of cleaning required. A minimum service charge of $100 applies.
How long does the cleaning take?
Most upholstery and carpet cleaning services take approximately 1–3 hours, depending on the size and condition of the items being cleaned.
How long does it take for furniture or carpets to dry?
Drying time typically ranges from 4–6 hours, depending on the fabric, ventilation, humidity, and amount of moisture used during cleaning. Good airflow can significantly speed up drying.
Do I need to prepare anything before you arrive?
Please remove personal items and small objects from the areas being cleaned. We will take care of the rest. We require access to two electrical outlets on separate circuit breakers.
Do you use safe cleaning products?
We use professional-grade cleaning products selected according to the fabric and condition of the item. We take care to use appropriate cleaning methods to protect your furniture and achieve the best possible results.
Can you clean delicate fabrics?
Yes. We carefully inspect the fabric and determine the appropriate cleaning method before starting. Some delicate or specialty fabrics may require special treatment or may not be suitable for wet cleaning.
Do you offer same-day service?
Yes, same-day and emergency service may be available, depending on our schedule. Additional charges may apply.
Do you serve areas outside Edmonton?
Yes. We proudly serve Edmonton and surrounding areas. For locations farther outside Edmonton, an additional travel charge may apply along with a small deposit.
Do I need to be home during the appointment?
Not necessarily. As long as we have access to the items being cleaned and any necessary instructions, you do not have to stay during the entire appointment.

Do you guarantee stain removal?
No cleaning company can guarantee the removal of every stain. We will always use the safest and most effective treatment appropriate for the fabric, but some stains may be permanent.
Do you move furniture?
We can move small, light items when appropriate. Large or heavy furniture may need to remain in place or require assistance from the customer.
